本日の昼食 060212 「ちらし寿司とプリン」
昨日のフグ帰り、タクシーの運転手さんに教えてもらった洋菓子屋Copine plus concentree（コピーヌ・プリュス・コンサントレ？かな）さんに「極楽プリン」を買いにいく。場所は南堀江。
いやあ、うまい。ちゃんとキャラメリーゼされ、しかもバーナーで炙ってカリカリになった表面に、卵黄の味が濃い（卵黄のみならクレームブリュレだ）のプリン本体。
もちろんプリンはデザートにしたので、昼食本体はちらし寿司。錦糸卵たっぷり。
